What is Panteón Fest?

Panteón Fest is our annual celebration of Día de los Muertos, organized by Pipiripau. The festival honors the rich traditions and vibrant spirit of this cultural event with a variety of activities and performances.

When and where is the festival taking place?

Panteón Fest will be held on October 11, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Heritage Square in Downtown Oxnard, CA.

Is there a dress code for the event?

We encourage all attendees to fully embrace the spirit of Día de los Muertos by coming dressed and painted in themed attire. Traditional attire, colorful costumes, and face paint are highly encouraged to enhance the festive atmosphere and celebrate the cultural significance of the event.

Are children welcome at the event?

Yes, Panteón Fest is a family-friendly event.

Is there an admission fee?

Yes, there is an admission fee, however, children 12 and under are free.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

Although we love your furry friends, pets are not allowed—except for ADA-compliant service animals and Xoloitzcuintli, the sacred dogs honored in Día de Muertos as guides to the underworld.

Permitted dogs must remain leashed and under control at all times.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes, there will be a variety of food and drink options available for purchase at the festival. Please note that outside food and drinks are prohibited.

How can I participate as a sponsor, vendor, volunteer, altar creator, artist, or donor?

Can I purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance to ensure entry. Tickets can be purchased through our website or our shop.

What happens if it rains?
